LEGACY CUSTOM REMODELING LLC will serve as the prime
contractor with responsibility for the entire construction
project. In this traditional approach, LEGACY CUSTOM
REMODELING LLC manages the work of all subcontractors and
provides specific trade labor with it’s own staff.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
As a selected member of a project team, LEGACY CUSTOM
REMODELING LLC can provide critical input planning of a
construction project. We offer value engineering,
constructability analysis, and comprehensive project
management services.
DESIGN / BUILD
For single source accountability and a full services approach,
LEGACY CUSTOM REMODELING LLC will provide a design/build
approach. As the design/builder, we will contract with an
appropriate architectural firm or coordinate with a chosen firm,
to plan and administrate all aspects of the project.
FAST-TRACK
On selected projects, LEGACY CUSTOM REMODELING LLC can
work with the project team to dramatically reduce the length of
the design and building process.
