Brent Narkawicz has been associated with the firm for over 6 years and is a 1987 graduate of the University of Rhode, Landscape Architecture Program. Mr. Narkawicz's 19 years of professional experience has included working for multi-disciplinary design firms serving private developers, designing and processing the approval process of a wide variety of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He has also worked in the Public Sector, designing roads, parks, schools, institutional buildings, and other public works projects. Prior to joining AMC Construction and Legacy Custom Remodeling, Mr. Narkawicz worked as the Director of Planning and Development for the Town of Coventry, R.I., administering all land development proposals and initiating long term planning and zoning initiatives for a community of 35,000 people. Additional experience has included planting design, wetland delineation, permitting, public presentations, and adjunct professor at the University of Rhode Island. Mr. Narkawicz's experience in the fields of Landscape Architecture, Planning, and Civil Engineering have provided him with an extensive knowledge of the Land Development and Building Professions and Practices. Mr. Narkawicz is responsible for day to day operations, project evaluation, design and permitting, monitoring schedules, budgets, subcontractors and material orders. Mr. Narkawicz is a Registered Landscape Architect and an AICP Certified Planner.

	Eric Costantino Project Manager			Eric Costantino has been associated with the firm for nine years. Upon completing high school Mr. Costantino served for 6 years in the Marine Corps as a helicopter mechanic and crew chief. He achieved his promotion to Corporal by meritorious promotion and was assigned the duty of “quality assurance representative” as a sergeant – a position normally reserved for higher ranks, that charges the jobholder with clearing aircraft as “safe for flight” after major overhauls. Upon discharge from the Marine Corps Mr. Costantino worked with Gilbane Properties for three years as a maintenance manager on several buildings in Providence and Narragansett before joining our team. While here Mr. Costantino has estimated, contracted, and completed countless jobs both residential and commercial. Mr. Costantino notably completed the multi million dollar Warwick Country Club additions and renovations in 6 months meeting every scheduled deadline and remaining within budget. Mr. Costantino’s Marine/quality assurance background gives him a high level of attention to detail and a never quit attitude that ensures success on his projects. Currently Mr. Costantino is responsible for day to day operations, negotiates contracts, provides general supervision, evaluates subcontractor proposals, and monitors quality control and project management. He is the liaison between office management, customers, and subcontractors on the project site. Mr. Costantino monitors schedules, staff, budgets and ordering for each project. Mr. Costantino is also our in house draftsman capable of drawing plans to meet any building officials specifications.

	Brad Ayres Project Manager			Brad Ayres is a newest associate to the firm. His professional experience in construction includes remodeling and landscape design. Prior to joining Legacy Brad has been a financial project manager and marketing consultant. His previous experience allowed him to gain an expertise budget management, critical path scheduling and costing. Mr. Ayres graduated with honors in a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Psychology from Anderson University and just completed his MBA from Babson College with a focus in Entrepeurship.

	Barry LaFleur Supervisor/ Lead Carpenter			Mr. LaFleur has been with the firm for over 25 years and has experience in all phases of construction. Mr. LaFleur is our most accomplished finish carpenter and is capable of handling even the most detailed jobs. Having installed literally hundreds of kitchens, stairways, and finish packages Mr. LaFleur brings the speed and precision to get your job done on time and with impeccable quality. Mr. LaFleur oversees all carpentry aspects of the job and runs day to day operations on the site. From frame to finish Mr. LaFleur provides the expert supervision on site that makes for a high quality finish project.
